I’ve heard it said that everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.
Fear is a powerful emotion and a natural response to a real or perceived threat. It has the power to stop us in our tracks and protect us from harm. But it can also prevent us from making decisions and taking positive action in our lives.
Sometimes, the only thing to be afraid of is the sensation of the fear itself.
In order to become the master of our fears, we must learn to dance with our fears.
Meet yourself with compassion.
Dance with your Fears.
Tune in and listen to your body, heart and mind. Tune up your confidence and courage by unpacking the “what ifs” and negative self-talk and look at them for what they are. Be willing to stand your ground, face your fears and claim what’s yours on the other side.
How does fear show up in your body? In your heart? In your life?
What’s on the other side of that fear for you?
Here is a mudra meditation to help you stand in your truth with a fearless heart and become a master of your fears.
